There are 8 elements in-game. Each element possess the ability to beat 2 other elements and, as well, defeat to 2 other elements. The winning element could increase damage points by double upon the attack, while damage points will also decrease by half if attack by the superior element.

Individual Zuzu and playing card possess certain element as part of their attributes. Zuzu possessing fire element can be paired with, not just the fire element card, but any element card.
